Bill moved to the island with his family full time in the late 70’s. After graduating from Boston College, he returned to Nantucket. He has been selling real estate here since 1992. Bill took a brief sabbatical from Nantucket real estate sales in 2000 for two years, to work for a venture capitalist in New York City as his real estate project manager, overseeing the renovation and construction of homes in Haverford, Pennsylvania; Southampton, New York and luxury apartments in New York City. He is presently a member of the Board of Directors of the Nantucket New School. He also enjoys running, fishing, surfing and wind surfing. Bill and his wife, Amanda Tosch, have two young children, Louisa and Sam, as well as a yellow lab, Charlie; an English Bull dog, Winnie; and cat, Chloe. Bill is extremely personable, fun and brings with him knowledge and expertise in Nantucket real estate sales and vacation rentals.

Greg grew up in Malvern, Pennsylvania where he attended the Haverford School before attending Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut. A long-time summer resident, Greg moved to Nantucket full time ten years ago. In addition to his strong experience with Nantucket Real Estate sales, Greg is actively involved in the community. He presently serves as President of the Board Directors for the Nantucket Boys and Girls Club. When he is not working with customers he enjoys spending time with his wife, Courtney, a personal trainer and Pilates instructor who operates a successful business out of the gym they built on their property. Greg enjoys early morning runs with their Black Labrador Retrievers, Puck and Kaya in Sanford Farm. He also enjoys any water based activity, be it surfing, kayaking, sailing or fishing.

Stuart spent his childhood summers in 'Sconset and has been living full time on Nantucket for 22 years. He attended University of New Orleans and then went on to refine his culinary skills in Europe. Stuart brought his epicurean skills to Nantucket as a founding partner and head Chef of American Seasons Restaurant. 14 Years ago Stuart left the kitchen and brought his diligence and skill to Nantucket Real Estate sales. He is an avid surfer, fisherman and always eager to play a game of tennis. Stuart and his wife, Nina, enjoy vacationing in Palm Beach Florida in the winter. They share their time and home with Finn, their Wheaton Terrier and their Maine Coon cat, Emmy.

A year round resident of Nantucket for the last 16 years, Barbara is a Massachusetts native, graduated from Northeastern University. Her professional experience includes 21 years of real estate sales in the Boston and Nantucket markets. Her experience also includes high fashion retail and laboratory medicine. This unique background combines creativity with analytical skills to service the interests of both buyers and sellers. An avid organic gardener Barbara also enjoys cooking for friends, sailing, reading, and foreign travel.

Michael a native of  Northern New Jersey attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park N.Y. He moved to Nantucket full time in 1990 and became the Executive Chef of 21 Federal restaurant and then on to become the chef/owner of American Seasons restaurant. He has returned to Nantucket after cheffing in Boston to eagerly pursue a career in real estate. When he is not spending time with his wife Anne an Interior Designer and there Yorkshire Terrier Sophie, Michael enjoys golfing and fishing.

OFFICE MANAGER

Amanda relocated to Nantucket in 2001 from Burlington, Vermont. Prior to joining Great Point Properties as the office manager, Amanda was a career, personal executive assistant, working with the chairman of an East Coast restaurant chain for eight years and then with a venture capitalist in New York City for two years. With her specialized experience, Amanda pays great attention to detail and enjoys offering personal service to our clients. Amanda currently does the bookkeeping for the office and works in conjunction with our office manager to ensure all aspects of our office are running smoothly. Amanda and her husband, Bill Liddle, have two small children, Louisa and Sam.

OFFICE MANAGER

Julie , our very capable office manager, is the smiling face and cheery voice that greets and assists you, our customers. She is originally from central Massachusetts where she graduated from Worcester Academy.  She attended classes at Salve Regina College prior to coming to Nantucket in 1993.  She worked at Nantucket Auto Body for eight years with a one year hiatus from the island before coming back to work with Great Point Properties.  Her interests include knitting, reading, music, baking, and shopping.

RENTAL MANAGER
Laura grew up in Essex Junction, Vermont, and was first introduced to Nantucket summer's when she was attending the University of Vermont. Upon graduation, Laura moved to Nantucket permanently and taught science for three years at the Nantucket New School. After her teaching stint, Laura worked for two and a half years for the historic Jared Coffin House as their Director of Sales, where she was responsible for orchestrating their business and social events. Many of you may have known her as Jared Coffin's first class wedding planner. Laura is just finishing her first year as Great Point Properties office manager, a role that she performs with consistent grace and professionalism.
