Nantucket Listing Updates

January 22, 2010

An update on Nantucket Real Estate inventory from a few weeks ago when Great Point Properties last posted: There are currently 500 properties on the Nantucket market for sale, ranging between $175,000 and $23,500,000. There are 183 properties listed for sale between $175,000 and $1,000,000 at the moment, and 287 properties listed between $175,000 and $1,500,000. There seem to be a lot of people looking in this price range. Nantucketers looking to finally get a foot in the door so they don't have to rent, and then visitors who have wanted to buy a home out here and never found the right opportunity. On the higher end, there are 12 properties that are listed between $10M and $25M.
