The spin studio on Amelia Drive features RealRyder indoor cycling frames that simulate a rider’s movement on the road. These bikes require constant shifts in balance as you steer, lean and turn as you would on an actual road bike, offering great full -body workout. The fitness studio has a wide variety of fitness classes designed with every type of athlete in mind. Many classes are inspired by the cross-fit theory which combine short burst of cardio with calisthenics and plyometrics. Other classes, like yoga and barre, are designed to strengthen and lengthen. Early morning yoga at Children’s Beach is a true Nantucket treat. Join local yoga instructor Bettina Broer for one of her outdoor yoga classes. Monday- Saturday from 7:00-8:00am you can find Bettina at the Bandstand teaching a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. All ages and levels are encouraged to come by.
