First Floor: A Harold Buttrick one level beach house: The living room, kitchen & dining room connect through a screened-in breezeway to a queen bedded room, a double bedded room with two single beds, a double bedded room with bunks & a room with a set of bunk beds.

Second Floor: STUDIO: New studio located over the barn has a twin bedded room, a futon that can sleep two people & bench seating that can sleep two more people.
