First Floor: Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room with fabulous ocean views and deck off of it to the ocean beach path. The living room has a spiral staircase to the loft with a sitting area.

Second Floor: The loft area has a queen sized bed and one twin bed. The loft is open to the living room below and accessed via a spiral staircase.
