Enter into the main living area with a cathedral ceiling, a comfortable seating area situated around the fireplace and TV, a dining area for eight guests and the kitchen. The kitchen will feature new appliances in 2010 and includes three stools at the counter for casual dining. Unobstructed ocean views can be enjoyed from this room which has sliders opening up onto the deck. Off of the kitchen is a bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom with a tub/shower. Off of the living area is a second bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower. A short hallway containing the washer and dryer and a bathroom with a shower leads one to the bunk room which has two sets of built-in bunk beds, with sleeping room for four children.
