Laura Fletcher Belair

Originally from Pennsylvania, Laura grew up in Vermont and was first introduced to the island during her college summers where she worked in many hospitality and retail-related establishments. Upon graduating from the University of Vermont in 1999, Laura moved to Nantucket permanently after accepting a position at the Nantucket New School as their science teacher for students pre-K through 8th grade.  From there, she moved onto the historic Jared Coffin House, working as their Director of Sales, and in 2004, she went on to work for Greg Mckechnie and Bill Liddle at Great Point Properties when their office was two years old.  Some of her favorite island activities include yoga, going on long walks exploring the extensive network of conservation trails, and traveling with her husband Rich. One of her goals is to visit all of the locations listed on the Gardiner’s Corner compass of the Ralph Lauren wall; 11 down, 16 to go! Laura has been with Great Point Properties for the past 18 years as a sales and rental broker and offers years of experience with a keen eye for attention to detail, organization, and genuine love and appreciation for the island.
