Tracy Cullinane is part of a large family with four brothers, growing up in St. Louis, Missouri. Prior to moving to Nantucket in 2002, she spent eight years in Washington, D.C. working in the political arena, first in the Senate on Capitol Hill and then on public affairs, lobbying, and fundraising in the private sector. Tracy started her career in Nantucket Real Estate in the spring of 2002 using the people skills that she honed while working in D.C. to provide exceptional service to her vacation rentals and sales clients.
Aside from working with clients and customers, she is a part-time personal trainer. She likes to stay active and is up for just about anything, whether it’s working out in the gym, running in the moors, practicing yoga, paddle-boarding, spending time at the beach, or walking with her dachshund all over the island. In recent years, she has focused her attention on training for and participating in long-distance stand-up paddleboard racing. This type of ultra-racing exists! She also likes to travel when time allows for a warm-weather getaway or two — including volunteer vacations in Cuba, Vietnam, and Peru.
