A dining table on the deck area seats ten, with additional outdoor seating and furniture for hanging out, enjoying the pool.

The second floor has four bedrooms. One features twin beds, and one other features a bunkroom with a queen and two singles. These two bedrooms share a full hall bath. There is a king bedroom with ensuite bath. The fourth bedroom is the master suite, also a king bedroom. There is a private deck overlooking the pool and conservation land, his and her closets and ensuite bath.

The lower level features a large living recreational area with wet bar, surround sound and ping pong. There is also a king bed.

The guest cottage features a nice living area, small kitchen area, island seating. King bedroom has a full bath with shower. There is a small pool shed with storage for pool and yard toys, beach chairs, bikes, etc. Adjacent outdoor shower and gas grill.
