Three sets of French doors lead out to the ocean-facing porch that runs the entire length of the house providing fabulous Indoor/Outdoor living and dining. Beyond the foyer is the formal sitting area. To the left, step down to the formal dining table. The first floor guest bedroom is beyond the dining area and has two twin beds, French doors out to a private deck and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks, a soaking tub and shower. The kitchen has granite counter tops, a Thermador five burner gas range, a Kitchen Aid dishwasher, a Sub-Zero refrigerator and a center island. In front of the kitchen is a breakfast table. To the right is an office station and a lounge area with comfortable seating and television. Behind the kitchen is a mudroom with a door that leads out to the back porch, outdoor shower and driveway. The laundry room has a washer, dryer, sink and stairs to the second floor. Off the laundry room is a second powder room.
