Erika Hayes

Erika grew up on Cape Cod, which instilled in her a love of the ocean and living on the water.

She attended Stonehill College where she studied Business Administration and was a member of the Equestrian Team. During her time at Stonehill, she improved her equestrian skills and developed a strong love for horses. She also worked in the hospitality industry learning about management and refining her customer service skills.

Upon graduation Erika was presented with an opportunity to work and visit Nantucket for a summer, she immediately fell in love with the Island and now calls Nantucket home. She was able to utilize her hospitality skills and spend the past two seasons catering and working in the restaurant industry. She also volunteers her time supporting, The Harvey Foundation, which supports the community in furthering education, building camaraderie and healthy athletic events for Nantucket’s community, and serves on the PASCON Dreamcatcher Committee.

When not working Erika can be found running the trails at Sanford Farm, boogie boarding at Fisherman’s beach, or playing a round of golf at Miacomet Golf Course. She enjoys time spent with friends and family and continuing to discover the beauty of the Island.
