There is a separate mud room with ample storage and coat hooks and a large laundry room and powder room. Off the entry foyer is a comfortable den with two couches, a flat-screen TV and Sonos audio bar. The home is equipped with portable speakers that connect wirelessly to your devices. A gracious bedroom on the first floor features a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. All bedrooms in the home feature Matouk linens.

Second Floor: Second Floor: The Master Suite has panoramic Ocean views, king-sized bed, outdoor deck, two walk-in closets, and a bathroom with a tiled shower, free-standing tub and double vanities. This Suite includes a small office overlooking the Ocean. On the other side of the second floor is a queen-sized bedroom with Ocean views and a charming Bunk room that sleeps four (4). These bedrooms can share a spacious bathroom or, due to a pocket door, can allow for an ensuite experience. Custom cabinetry throughout the house adds another level of superior detail.
