The kitchen and dining area flow directly to a living area with comfortable seating to relax with a 65” flat screen TV and outdoor seating and dining area that seats 10. The first floor also includes a powder room and a combination office with desk and second living area for the kids. Off the kitchen there is a side entrance, pantry and mudroom area with beach supplies and plenty of storage.

First Master: (sleeps 2) King size bed, relaxing seating area with a love seat and two chairs, 55” TV, and an expansive walk in closet. The en suite master bath has an oversized shower and separate claw foot soaking tub, double sinks and a private water closet. The entire bathroom has Carrera white/grey marble surfaces. Master 2 (sleeps 3): King sized bed, and a twin daybed, 50” screen TV. The en suite bathroom includes a shower and tub with all grey limestone finishes. Second Floor Kids room (sleeps 4): Two Full Sized beds and an en suite bathroom and a shower and limestone surfaces. The second floor also has a laundry room with high capacity Washer and Dryer.
