Rhonda knows the ins and outs of Nantucket and how to make your stay here as enjoyable as possible. She offers an array of services from Pre-Arrival Provisioning and Concierge Services to Household Management. Let Great Point Properties and Rhonda Allen show you the island!

How it Works:
Ordering is easy. We can accept orders via email or by fax.
How to Order

- Email your completed Shopping List to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax to 508.325.7916.
- That’s it! We will confirm the details and deliver your order directly to your private home. In most cases we can neatly stock your kitchen before you arrive!
What Does It Cost?
Once you have completed your shopping list, please email or fax the list and submit your payment information to us. We will confirm by phone or email that we have received your request. Two weeks prior to your arrival, we will charge your card the minimum fee of $150, which covers the first three hours of shopping. On the date of your arrival, shoppers will deliver the items requested and you will see a charge for the amount of your grocery bill plus the 4% credit card processing fee and any additional hours that go above the minimum three hour charge within 1-3 days.
Rates for Grocery Delivery:
- $150 flat fee for up to three hours which will be charged 2 weeks prior to arrival.
- $50 for each additional hour, grocery cost and 4% of total will be added as a credit card processing fee.
Rhonda Allen grew up on Nantucket Island where she attended Nantucket High School, and then went UMASS Amherst where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. During high school, she began her career in the hospitality industry at one of the island’s most beloved spots, The Jared Coffin House. Rhonda worked at the Inn’s restaurant and catered private events as a server there for 17 seasons, and then went to The Seagrille, where she has become a staple. After being on island for over 40 years, she’s learned everything there is to know about hospitality, vacationing and tourism on Nantucket. In 2005, The Chamber of Commerce honored Rhonda with the “Hospitality Award” commending her for going above and beyond in all facets of the industry.
In the spring of 2014, Rhonda decided to combine her in-depth knowledge of the service industry and her love of people by opening a concierge and errand service called “Help Me Rhonda”. Her goal was to assist island residents and visitors with time-consuming tasks that take away from their Nantucket enjoyment. By providing a service that allows her clients to enjoy a stress-free environment, they can leave their worries behind and enjoy everything Nantucket has to offer.
Help Me Rhonda Concierge & Errand Service offers conveniences such as provisioning, running errands, vacation planning, scheduling appointments and activities, finding and coordinating service personnel, and assisting in household management services.
