We’re a pretty special place, if we dare say so ourselves.

Every real estate agency on the island has nice listings and offers a chance to live on this beautiful oasis with its endless nautical appeal. So, what sets us apart? Well, we’re friends (in and out of the office). We’re collaborative and share resources and knowledge as a team (you’ll find that clients love that, too). And not surprisingly, we’re very involved in the community. Giving back is important to us and showing up for each other is, too.

Our main office is on North Beach Street, just moments from Brant Point Lighthouse, Main Street, the gentle surf of the north shore beaches, and all the action Nantucket offers. It’s a lively, fast-paced, and dynamic environment. We work hard, but we support each other, and we haven’t forgotten that fun ranks high on the list of office perks. We also have an office in Sconset and are the only firm on the island that can say that.
We are one of the largest real estate offices on Nantucket, but don't be fooled - we are a close-knit team. We wear many hats, believe no question is a stupid question, and we're quick to celebrate a work win. Costumes optional.
We have a proven track record of success that spans more than a decade and a half. In fact, most of our principals’ business is referral only, which speaks to the level of attention we deliver.
