Arriving at your Nantucket Rental House Arrival time for rentals is often around 3:00 p.m. Please confirm the exact time with your agent, as it may vary depending on the house. If you get to the island a few hours before your check in, we are within walking distance from the boat and can store your luggage for you.
Departing your Nantucket Rental House Departure time is generally no later than 9:00 a.m. or 10:00 a.m. As a best practice when departing the home please leave the property in the condition in which you found it. This will help the cleaning team prepare the rental home for the next tenant. Please strip the beds and linens, and start the washing machine. Make sure trash is placed in bins, and recycling is separated. This expedites the process and will prevent overage charges, which will be a deduction from the security deposit.
