All brand new Cuisinart pots and pans, blender, food processor, microwave and coffeemaker. The family room is off of the kitchen and includes a 50" flatscreen television and doors leading out to the back patio. The dining room has seating for ten with Restoration Hardware table and chairs. There is also a formal living room, laundry closet with new Samsung washer and dryer and a powder room.

The neighborhood includes a newly renovated heated saltwater pool for adults as well as a kiddie pool, synthetic turf tennis courts, a pickleball court, and a new playground — perfect for toddlers and small children. These facilities are open only to residents, renters, and their guests.
