The neighborhood abutts conservation land, with wonderful trails leading you to the beach, or enjoy the adjacent bike path or shuttle stop taking you to the best of Nantucket. This home is tax exempt (tenants are not subject to the 11.7% in state and local taxes) and is available for rent for one 2-week period in 2027.
First Floor
Front foyer leads to the living room with comfortable, contemporay furnishings and a framed smart TV. Beyond is the kitchen with a center island, with seating for three, and outfited with Thermador appliances. Beyond is the dining area, with seating for ten guests. This space has sliders which lead out to the deck, and pool patio beyond. Back inside, the mudroom offers a practical depot for dropping off beach gear and is conveniently located off of the driveway. A home office, with a frame smart TV and adjacent powder room complete the first floor.
Second Floor
At the top of the stairs is the first of three guest bedrooms. The first has a queen bed. Next door is the second bedroom, with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has a king bed, and uses the hall bathroom directly across, with a shower and double sink vanity. Passing by the first of two laundry areas, the primary suite is found at the end of the hallway, with a cathedral ceiling, king bed and private bathroom with a shower and double sink vanity.
Third Floor
At the bottom of the stairs is a bedroom with two queen sized beds and a hall bathroom with a shower. Around the corner is the second of two laundry areas, with a door leading up to the pool patio. The family room offers comfortable seating and a large smart TV.
Outdoor Area
The home is accented with both a front and back yard. The back yard is completely fenced in and offers a deck with a dining table for eight guests. A bluestone patio surrounds the plunge pool and adjacent spa, with inviting chaise lounges and soft seating, an ideal spot for morning coffee or to end your day with a sunset cocktail.
