The entrance has a laundry room and a staircase leading up to the second floor. All 3 bedrooms are on the first floor and share a full bathroom. The primary has a Queen bed and a door leading out to an outside shower and fenced in area in the backyard. The other two bedrooms have a queen and a full size bed. The half bath is off the kitchen on the second floor.

Second Floor

At the top of the stairs is an open sunny living room with cathedral ceilings and sliding glass doors to the front porch which has panoramic ocean views. The dining room is part of the living space and is right off the kitchen. The galley style kitchen off the dining room has a half bath as well at the far end of the kitchen.

Outdoor Area
