First Floor
Open floor plan kitchen and dining room that opens into a great room with cathedral ceilings. Kitchen is furnished with Subzero and Wolf appliances, a farmhouse sink, beverage fridge and island for extra seating. The great room has a gas fireplace, surround sound and a flat screen TV. The first floor has two entrances, one from the front porch and one off of the mudroom. The mudroom includes a powder room, washer dryer and a bench and hooks for all of your beach and pool gear. First floor has a primary bedroom suite with an office, two closets, king bed and a private ensuite bathroom with marble tile.
Second Floor
There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the second floor. The first bedroom has a king size bed with two closets. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and both bedrooms share a bathroom with double sinks and a shower/tub. The primary suite on this floor has two closets, built-in shelves and a private ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and tile shower.
Lower Level
The lower level houses a game room, complete with a large flatscreen TV, and two bedrooms. The first bedroom is a bunk room with two double-size bunk beds and a closet that houses a second washer/dryer. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds. This level is complete with a full bathroom with a tile shower. There are French doors that exit to the backyard which provides much natural light to this level.
