This lovely Nantucket vacation rental, located in the peaceful Miacomet area, offers three bedrooms and is nestled in the pines, providing a quiet and private area for guests. The property boasts beautiful views over acres of conservation land, stretching to the Ocean. Surrounded by nature, it offers lots of privacy, while still being close to the island's beaches, golf courses, and restaurants.
First Floor
Great Point Properties presents this charming private vacation rental which enters into a front hallway. To the right is a Master Suite with King bed, pass through large dressing room into a bath with spa tub, shower and door to yard and outdoor shower. Powder room off front hallway. The living room, has a cathedral ceiling, fireplace, flat screen TV and wall of windows. Living area is open to the dining area, which has a large round table with seating for eight. From the dining area sliders to the deck with teak dining table and gas grill, overlooking the open grassy yard toward acres of conservation land. Large counter separates the kitchen from the dining area. The kitchen has a gas viking stove and sub zero refrigerator. Off the kitchen is the large mud room/ laundry room with door to outdoor shower. A hall way to a sitting room with couch/ two chairs and Queen Bed lounging with TV. Off the hallway a private open light and bright office. Door to front yard.
Second Floor
Up the steep circular stairway, which hugs the wall, to a small sitting area overlooking living room with access to the open roof deck area with terrific distant views of conservation land extending to the ocean. At the right end of the sitting area a hallway. Bedroom with high Full bed and windows looking toward the distant Ocean. Off the hallway a bathroom with shower. Second bedroom with large dressing area, bathroom with walk in tile shower, and spacious bedroom with King bed.
