This Nantucket Rental Home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the family-friendly neighborhood of Naushop, where guests have use of the community pools, pickleball, tennis courts, and playground. The house now has central AC and an outdoor table and chairs for eight. Nearby is a bike path to Surfside Beach (16 min), Sconset (32 min), and more.
First Floor
A welcoming foyer features a stairway ahead. To the left is a bedroom with a queen-sized bed. The den is located to the right, a quiet spot to catch up on summer reading or watch TV. Down the hall is the open living room with a sectional sofa, second TV, and dining table. The kitchen is newly renovated with a second table for breakfast. This area opens out to the fully fenced backyard and patio, with a grill, teak table and chairs for eight, and outdoor shower. The mud room entrance along the left-hand side of the home leads to the washer and dryer and powder room. There are two desks with Herman Miller chairs for working remotely, one in the den and the other in the first-floor bedroom.
Second Floor
There are three bedrooms upstairs, including two guest rooms, each with two twin beds that share a hall bathroom with a tub/shower. The primary bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom with a tub/shower.

What we like about Naushop
The neighborhood includes a newly renovated heated saltwater pool for adults as well as a kiddie pool, synthetic turf tennis courts, a pickleball court, and a new playground — perfect for toddlers and small children. These facilities are open only to residents, renters, and their guests.
