The well equipped kitchen has two Bosch dishwashers, a six burner Wolf range with a dual oven, and a center island with seating. A large breakfast area is off the kitchen and provides seating for more than eight. The living room has a comfortable seating area around the fireplace. French doors provide access to a full wrap around porch, which also features an outdoor dining table with seating for ten. A side entryway off the driveway leads to the laundry room with a stainless steel sink and generous storage. Expansive back yard.
Second Floor
Stairs lead to an airy family room with a sitting area and large flat screen television. French doors open to a deck with ocean views. The master suite has a king bed and expansive ocean views. Its ensuite bathroom has a jacuzzi soaking tub and steam shower. There are also two guest bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other with king (could also be converted to two twins). The guest bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a shower.
Lower Level
The lower level has high ceilings and large windows that let the natural light in. This floor has a second large family room with comfortable seating and a big flat screen television. King bedroom with an ensuite tub and shower bathroom. Bunk room with two sets of bunk beds. Hall bathroom with a shower.
Cottage
Garage/Studio: Access first floor living area through a hallway. This room has French doors that open to the expansive back yard. Stairs lead to a living room with wet bar and microwave. French doors open to private deck with partial Atlantic Ocean views. Light and airy sixth bedroom with queen bed and hall bath. Use of the studio (which holds the 6th bedroom) is an extra $2000 per week.
