Enter front door into Living room with double seating areas. To the right is Bedroom #1 with 2 twin beds. From the double living area, turn left into the large open Dining area and Kitchen with new appliances in 2025. Sliding doors from the Kitchen lead out to a new back deck and yard. From the Kitchen find Bedroom #2 with a Queen bed. This bedroom is connected to a Full bath with Tub/Shower. This bathroom opens to the central hall as well. Bedroom #3 has two twin beds. Double stacked full-sized washers and dryers are located in the hall. A full Bath is located at the rear of the hall and offers a Shower. From the back hall, walk down a couple of steps to the spacious Family room with a sectional sofa, wall-mounted TV, and a glass door out to the pool area and large yard. Stairs from this room lead up to a large open room with 6 twin beds.
Second Floor
The second floor above the Family room offers 6 Twin beds - a great place for kids to bunk up together! The front staircase from the Living room leads to 3 more bedrooms, one with a King bed and direct access to the Bath with Tub / Shower. The other two small bedrooms each have one crib and a Twin bed. Access from the hall leads to the one shared bath on this floor.
Lower Level
The unfinished basement is accessed from the bulkhead in the back yard and provides great storage space for pool equipment, pool toys, beach chairs, and coolers.
Outdoor Area
The large yard offers great privacy, as it is surrounded by very tall and thick privet hedges, and offers plenty of room for lawn games. The heated pool is located to the right of the main entrance and is surrounded by a slate apron. There is lovely open space behind the house and faces west to enjoy incredible sunsets!!
