From the kitchen, pass through a small butler's pantry to the dining room, which circles one back to the front door.
Second Floor
The primary bedroom has a king bed with a shower bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed with ocean view, sitting area, and shower bath. The third bedroom is smaller, with a queen bed, and the guests in this room use the bathroom out in the hallway which has a shower. All three of the bedrooms on this floor have window AC units.
Third Floor
The third floor has three twin sized beds and a window AC unit. There are no bathrooms on this level, these guest go down to the second floor.
Lower Level
The washer / dryer is located at the bottom of the basement stairs.
