Cottage
The cottage may be rented with main house for an additional 2,500 per week. It features distinctive interior wall finishes and built-ins. Handmade tiles can be seen in the fireplace and bathroom. On the 1st floor, there is a living/dining room with a fireplace, coffered ceilings, and a beadboard. The kitchen has custom cabinetry and stone sink. This cottage adjoins a finished one car garage, and features a rec room accessed off of the entryway. On the 2nd floor, there is one bedroom with cathedral ceilings, custom built-ins, a fireplace, and a deck with ocean views. The second bedroom also features cathedral ceilings and built-ins. Shared full bath and shower.
