The private back yard is perfect for kids and entertaining as well. There is also a queen bedroom and full bath, tub with shower on the first floor.
Second Floor
Master bedroom with ocean views. California King bed and full bath with shower. Second bedroom with queen bed is at the front of the house and also has ocean views and a shared full bathroom with shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed and shared full bath with the second bedroom.
Cottage
Small cottage with water views. The cottage consists of 2 rooms, the 1st room has a full bed, the second main bedroom has 2 full beds with small living area, desk and TV. AC and heat in carriage house. There is an outdoor shower only.
