First Floor
The first floor has a magnificent large eat in gourmet kitchen with central island, open beamed ceiling with full outdoor dining deck that seats 10 with panoramic views of both ocean and pond. The home abounds with elegant comfortable appointments but the areas that you will live in and never want to leave are the two living-rooms/ family-rooms with overstuffed couches and chairs, fireplace, entertainment center and incredible views of both garden and sea from every window. Also located on the main level are a full bath and three large en-suite bedrooms. The two new large master bedrooms, each with king size bed, have a beautiful ocean or garden views and full sized private deck leading onto the lawn. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with beautifully appointed bath with ocean and garden views.
Second Floor
The second floor has three additional bedrooms (two with one single bed and a third with two twin sized beds) its own full bath and beautiful views of Nantucket Island from every window.

What we like about Quidnet
The ocean is right over Quidnet Pond and offers an endless stretch of nearly uninhabited beaches. Squam is adjacent to Quidnet and shares the same coastline that is known for more gentle waves and some great hiking trails.
