Towards the back of the house is the screened-in-porch with ceiling fan and comfortable, cushioned teak furniture and round teak table that seats 8. From here you can watch the kids play on the large trampoline in the fenced-in back yard. The private, landscaped yard has a hammock, Adirondack chairs and outdoor shower.
