Built in 1925 and fully renovated in 2004, you enter onto a covered front porch with rocking chairs. Bright and light filled, the front door opens into a sitting area with fireplace, spacious living room with high vaulted ceilings and brand new pull-out queen sofa bed. Built-in bookshelves fully stocked including games and puzzles ready for your enjoyment. The living room opens through barn doors into the family room with sectional and wall mounted TV. A full guest bathroom is also on the first floor. Fully-stocked kitchen with retro appliances adjacent to dining room that seats 8-10 including bar area equipped with glassware. Towards the back of the house is the screened-in-porch with ceiling fan and comfortable, cushioned teak furniture and round teak table that seats 8. From here you can watch the kids play on the large trampoline in the fenced-in back yard. The private, landscaped yard has a hammock, Adirondack chairs and outdoor shower.
