From the covered porch, enter into the front foyer. To the right is a formal living room that leads into the dining room with seating for eight. To the right of the foyer is the first-floor master bedroom with a king bed, flat-screen television, large walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and a jacuzzi tub. The eat-in kitchen has island seating for four, a gas range, granite countertops, a dining table with seating for six, and French doors that lead out to the back deck. Off the kitchen is a family room with comfortable seating, a television, and French doors leading out to the back deck. Off the back of the kitchen is the mudroom with laundry and a door out to the driveway. From the mudroom, stairs lead up to an ensuite bedroom with a queen bed, a day bed with a trundle, and a seating area with a sofa and flat-screen television.
Second Floor
At the top of the stairs are two bedrooms, each with two twin beds. These bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a shower. At the front of the hall is a reading nook with beautiful natural light that overlooks the front yard. The second-floor master has a queen bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen television, and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and double vanity.
Lower Level
The lower level has a large family/playroom with an L-shaped sectional and large flat-screen television. Off of the living room are a powder room and laundry area. The lower level bedroom has a king bed, French doors, and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and double vanity.
