The dining area has a large oval table with seating for eight and is open to the eat-in kitchen which was renovated in 2026. The second living room has sofa, love seat, two arm chairs, built in desk and a 60' Samsung Smart TV. The second floor has great views of Low Beach and Sankaty Light and stunning sunrises and sunsets.
Outdoor Area
14'x26' heated salt water pool and spa with retractable cover. Depth is 5' in center, 4' on either end of a 26' "swim lane" with no obstructions. Spa, in water wall seating bench, and steps are opposite the "swim lane."

Tom Nevers beach is a great swimming destination that features a nearby playground and a large open field. Tom Nevers is also home to beautiful south shore beaches and is a favorite spot to fish for striped bass and bluefish in the summertime.
