Traditional Cod Fish cottage, filled with charm and whimsy, surrounded by flowering gardens. Located on the Bank Street bend, this location is steps from both the shoreline, and from the Village of Sconset. Just around the corner is the Cod Fish playground, ideal for our youngest visitors.
First Floor
Through an arbor and down the garden path, enter into the kitchen with counter seating. To the right and down two steps is the living room with a decorative fireplace and a TV behind shuttered cabinetry. To the left and through the mudroom corridor is the bedroom wing; The first bedroom has two built-in twin sized beds. The bedroom next door has a queen bed, and these two bedrooms are adjoined by a shared bathroom with a shower.
Second Floor
An open stairwell from the living room leads to the primary suite, which looks down onto the living room below. This space has a vaulted ceiling, queen bed, decorative fireplace and a small balcony to take in the views. This room also has an attached powder room with a toilet and small sink.
Lower Level
From the first floor living room, a stairwell leads to the lower level bedroom, which has a queen sized bed and decorative fireplace. Beyond is an adjacent bathroom with a tub/shower and a laundry room.
