First Floor

Enter into the welcoming foyer with an office to the left. To the right is a cozy living room with a fireplace and bay window. This room opens into a large light filled family room with comfortable seating and a hidden flat screen TV. A formal dining room with seating for 10-12 sits in the middle off the foyer and opens onto a library with game table. To the left is the gourmet kitchen which sports a large side by side, built in Thermador refrigerator, an expansive central island with an ice make, beverage drawers and an adjacent spacious breakfast area with seating for 8-10. Multiple French doors from the kitchen/ breakfast room, the library/game room, and the family room all lead to the expansive deck running the width of the house. A powder room. Off the kitchen to the front there is a mud room area with an adjacent laundry room containing two sets of stacked LG washers and dryers.There are two sets of stairways on this first floor level which access the upper and lower levels; one set from the back hall and one from the front hall.

Second Floor

A corner Master suite with a king bed, private bath, and a sitting room with a couch and TV. A middle Bedroom with a king bed and private bath also facing the Harbor and opening onto the upper deck. A second corner king bedroom with Harbor views, a bathroom, and an adjacent bedroom with bunk beds facing the front yard. A further bedroom with twin beds (joined as a king) and a private bathroom also overlooking the front yard.

Third Floor

A corner king bedroom suite to the right with adjacent sitting/dressing room and a private bathroom. Bedroom suite to the left with twin beds, an adjacent sitting area with a window day bed, and bathroom with a tub/shower. .

Lower Level

Large living room with a coffered ceiling, wet bar, ping pong and air hockey tables, comfortable seating and an adjacent TV viewing area. Half bath. A bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with twin beds which share a hall bathroom. A stacked washer dryer set in a hall closet. All rooms on this level have French doors which open onto a patio.

Cottage

Guest suite above the garage is a lovely bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom.
