This charming home off Cliff Road is just minutes to the beach and has wonderful views of the ocean. The decor is light and bright and has a fabulous layout for a family vacation by the beach. There is plenty of outdoor space with a rear patio, screened-in porch, and second floor porch off of the Master. Pictures of bedrooms will be available once renovations are finished.
First Floor
The first floor has an open 2021 complete remodel of kitchen, living and family room with french doors that lead to a screened in porch in the front and a private brick patio in the back. There is a fireplace in the family room and a small bedroom off of the kitchen with a Full bed and an en suite bath with shower.
Second Floor
On the second floor there are four bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a Queen bed and an ensuite bath with shower. There is access to a private deck and widows walk with views of the ocean. One of the guest bedrooms has a Full bed and the other two guest rooms each have two Twin beds. There is a shared bathroom with a tub and shower combo.
Lower Level
The newly finished basement has wall to wall carpet, with a living area with couch, chairs, large flat screen TV and play area. There are also two additional sets of bunk beds and a full bath with shower. The laundry area is located on this level and there is a separate entrance.
