The exterior of the house has an expansive yard, pool, patio and outdoor shower. Enter the front of the house to an open foyer and an ensuite to the left. There is a master suite (king bed) on the first floor with a spacious bathroom, walk-in closet and sitting area and TV. There is also direct access to the patio/pool. There are two living areas on this level, one with a large, flat screen TV and another with a more formal set up. There is a dining room that can accommodate 10 people an also another dining area off of the kitchen. The kitchen is appointed with top of the line amenities and appliances. There is a powder room off of the formal living area and a laundry room located on this level, near a side entrance. There is a en-suite den with a fireplace and marble bathroom with a glass enclosed shower. There is a double bed for overflow sleeping in this space.
Second Floor
The second floor has three bedrooms, all with full en suite bathrooms All three bedrooms have a TV. There is a gaming area, complete with a pool table, that also has access to a deck which overlooks the back yard, pool and beyond.
Lower Level
Walk down to the lower level complete with a movie theatre, set up with a large screen TV and cozy sofas to lounge. A state of the art gym with a 60 inch TV is a fitness lover's dream. With multiple cardio machines, cable machines, free weights and more, enjoy the steam room and sauna to top off your workout. There is also a king bedroom suite on this floor, powder room and a laundry room on this floor. You can access the garage with a ping pong table.
Outdoor Area
The protected and serene views are the centerpiece of this property. The pool, outdoor kitchen with granite countertops, a subzero fridge and a Wolf grill, oversized outdoor shower and shaded pergola are wonderful amenities to enjoy. Dine al-fresco under a retractable canopy (seating for 10). Six chaise lounges and two umbrellas complete this amazing space. There are also multiple balconies and decks off of the house.
