Stairs on the left lead up to the second level, and the open sitting room expands into the rest of the living area. The living room is to your left with large windows and comfortable couches with a flat screen tv and access to the back deck. The dining room leads into the kitchen with a breakfast bar which has seating for three, granite countertops and a gas range. There is a half bath is located off of the kitchen.

Walk up the stairs to the second level where two bedrooms are located. The master bedroom is on your left with a king size bed, flat screen TV and love seat. Across the hall is a beautifully decorated bathroom with a tub/shower which the two bedrooms share. The second bedroom is sunny and bright with two twin beds and a vanity table.

A cozy and bright sitting area with a flat screen TV and a door leading out to the driveway. The third bedroom with two full sized beds, a bathroom with a claw foot tub and shower and the laundry room are also on this level.

Lower level of Carriage House is available as a 4th bedroom / studio/ Trundle Bed . Extra $1000 per week. Sleeps one person.
