Upstairs, the airy great room and updated kitchen with center island and stools open to a deck made for sunset dinners, with a private den (queen sleeper sofa and pocket door) nearby. Downstairs, wake in the king suite and have coffee on its own deck; a queen room and twin room complete the level and share a hall bath. The maximum capacity of the house is 6 guests and offers 2 baths plus outdoor shower, AC in bedrooms and great room. Beach gear provided, Tom Nevers Beach 10 min by bike. Sat-to-Sat summer weeks.

First Floor

Enter door from the parking area to stairs leading up to the second floor living area. To the left is Bedroom #1 with 2 twin beds. A hall Bath with shower services the Twin bedroom and Bedroom #2 with a Queen bed. Bedroom #3 has a king bed and private bath with a door to the first floor deck. A stack washer / dryer is located on this floor, across from the hall bath. And a door from the hall leads out to the back / side yard with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit.

Second Floor

The second floor consists of an airy great room with vaulted ceilings, fireplace, and large TV. The kitchen offers a center island with 3 stools, open to the dining area, which seats 8. The dining area has a glass door which opens to the second floor deck with comfortable furniture. The tv / den area with TV has a Queen pull out sofa for short-term company.

Outdoor Area

The outdoor area offers decks on 2 floors and new landscaping in 2026, with a fire pit and outdoor shower.
