A door off the master bedroom opens on the deck that steps down to the pool. There is a small laundry room with a toilet and sink located near the master suite.

The second floor of this home is split into two sections - Guest wing: One section is located above the guest wing and has a winding staircase that leads to an open post and beam style room with four twin size beds and a full size bed. There is a powder room off this room as well as distant ocean views. A staircase off the kitchen area leads to a small open loft that overlooks the living room.

A staircase located by the master bedroom goes down to the lower level of the home that has large windows allowing in plenty of light. There is a small living area with a flat screen TV, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a separate bathroom with tub/shower.
