First Floor
Enter into a tiled foyer with french doors leading out to the pool. Guest wing: To the right of the entry way is an attached guest wing that has a small kitchenette with a dining table for two. A bedroom with twin size beds and a separate bathroom with tub/shower lead off the living area, that has doors opening onto a deck that steps down to the pool. Main house: To the left of the entry way is an open hallway that leads towards the master suite. There is a spacious master bedroom with a queen size bed and a comfortable seating area with a TV. The bathroom has a separate shower stall and a large jacuzzi tub. The master bedroom and bathroom are connected via a closet area. A door off the master bedroom opens on the deck that steps down to the pool. There is a small laundry room with a toilet and sink located near the master suite.
Second Floor
The second floor of this home is split into two sections - Guest wing: One section is located above the guest wing and has a winding staircase that leads to an open post and beam style room with four twin size beds and a full size bed. There is a powder room off this room as well as distant ocean views. Main house: On the other side of the home, above the master bedroom, there are stairs that open into a dining area for eight and a newly remodeled kitchen with granite surfaces and stainless appliances. To the right of the kitchen is a comfortable living area that has french doors that open onto a deck that has distant ocean views and outdoor seating for six. There is also a bathroom with a shower off the living area.
Third Floor
A staircase off the kitchen area leads to a small open loft that overlooks the living room.
Lower Level
A staircase located by the master bedroom goes down to the lower level of the home that has large windows allowing in plenty of light. There is a small living area with a flat screen TV, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a separate bathroom with tub/shower.
