Views of the ocean. Covered porch and deck. Charming living room opens to the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has a butler's pantry and there is a full bath just off the kitchen. Walkthrough private den with a door that opens to outside shower. Down the hall is a bedroom with two twins and the separate living quarters. The separate living area includes an open kitchen/living area and full bath and a second floor bedroom with queen bed and half bath. Good sized hedged back and side yard. The front of the home faces the ocean and offers views of the water and private stairs to Sconset beach.
Second Floor
Stairway opens to a hallway. Master bedroom with queen bed has a deck with expansive water views. The queen bedroom offers some water views. There are two additional bedrooms each with one twin. Hall Bath with tub and shower.
