The dining area has a large round table with seating for ten and the living area has comfortable seating around the fireplace. Out on the terrace is a dining table for twelve. The small cozy den off the dining area and has a sectional sofa and a flat screen television. To the left of the foyer is a powder room and a large walk through linen closet that leads to a laundry room with a side by side washer and dryer and a farmers sink. The master wing has a den/bedroom with a single day bed, perfect for a child. A wide hall has French doors that open to the back yard, outdoor shower and pool area. The master bedroom has a queen bed and fireplace, a large walk in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a marble vanity with double sinks, a large glass enclosed shower and a Jacuzzi tub.

There are two guest bedrooms on the second floor, one has queen beds and the other has two twin beds and share a hall bathroom with a shower.

The cottage is off of the pool area and has large open room with a fireplace and queen bed and a full bathroom with a shower. The loft is accessed by a ships ladder and has a queen bed.
