A large, welcoming foyer greets you with lovely views of the light-filled living room beyond, anchored by a decorative fireplace. To the right is the open kitchen and beyond, a sitting room with a TV. Off of the kitchen is a mudroom corridor leading to the garage, and to a separate set of stairs leading to an office. To the left of the foyer is the den with a TV, and beyond, the primary suite. This room, with a king sized bed, has a coffered ceiling, TV, large walk in closet with a washer and dryer and a private bathroom with 4'x5' shower, separate tub and a double vanity.

Second Floor

At the top of the stairs is a large laundry room. Beyond is the first guest suite with a king sized bed and a private bathroom. Down the hallway are two more guest bedrooms, one with two queen sized beds and the other with two twin sized beds. Both of these bedrooms share a bathroom which is appointed with a shower and double vanity.

Lower Level

The lower level has a casual family with a TV, and a powder room, as well as a sleeping area with a queen sized bed and two twin sized beds.

Outdoor Area

The outside includes the 13'x30' swimming pool with a surrounding furnished patio, multiple decks and spaces for dining and gathering. The outdoor shower is also located off of the back of the home.
