This Nantucket summer rental is a fabulous summer retreat and is located about one mile to the center of Town. Take a bike ride via the bike path to town or all the way to Madaket Beach. This house features four comfortable bedrooms on three floors of living space (ideal for multi-generations!) and fantastic outdoor living space that features a heated pool, grilling area and pool cabana with kitchen and bath. There is a TV in the master and queen bedroom, a TV in the living room, and a 65 inch smart tv (with netflix) in the basement which have extra speakers so it feels like a movie theater.
First Floor
Covered porch entry; laundry room; three bedrooms, hall bath (tub/shower); two of the bedrooms open onto the pool area.
Second Floor
Large and open sun filled living space featuring an updated and well equipped kitchen with gas cooking, stainless appliances and stone counters; french doors onto a deck with staircase to the pool area; dining area and sitting area with large smart TV; master bedroom with ensuite bath (shower) and private balcony.
Third Floor
Loft set up as a perfect reading nook.
Lower Level
Large open play room with ping pong and large sectional set up for raining day screen time and built in bunk beds.
Cottage
The pool house offers a kitchenette, a half bath, and outdoor shower. The pool house also has a TV so you can watch TV or listen to music poolside.
