This Nantucket summer rental is a fabulous summer retreat and is located about one mile to the center of Town. Take a bike ride via the bike path to town or all the way to Madaket Beach. The house was freshly updated in 2015/2016 to feature four comfortable bedrooms on three floors of living space (ideal for multi-generations!) and fantastic outdoor living space that features a heated pool, fire pit, grilling area and pool cabana with kitchen and bath. There is a TV in the master and queen bedroom, a TV in the living room, and a 65 inch smart tv (with netflix) in the basement which have extra speakers so it feels like a movie theater.
