The Master Bedroom has a king bed, stack washer/dryer in closet, spacious private Bath with glass shower and separate tub, a sitting area, and several closets...along with lovely views of the patio below.

The Lower level offers an extra refrigerator, a full laundry room, a Bedroom with King bed, TV, and separate entrance, as well as a hall Bath with shower.
