First Floor
Enter into a welcoming foyer with stairs leading to the second floor. To the right is a formal parlor which has a pass-though bar area leading for a formal dining room with seating for eight guests. The back of the home includes the kitchen which opens up the family room, complete with doors to the patio and a TV. A powder room and hallway with a desk area complete the first floor.
Second Floor
Bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower. Two more bedrooms, each with two twin beds; these bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower which is located in the hallway. The master bedroom suite can be found at the back of the home which has a king sized bed, high ceilings and a private bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. A large closet with a washer and dryer can be found in the hallway.
Lower Level
Basement is unfinished and is where beach chairs and gear are stored.
