This custom built Graham Goldsmith Nantucket summer rental was designed to accommodate the needs of multigenerational families and features over 7500 sq. ft. of custom living space.
First Floor
Vestibule enters into the expansive living room with fireplace, open dining room, with a hallway to an open gourmet kitchen which features a Subzero refrigerator freezer, a Wolfe gas range, two dishwashers, and a warming drawer. All living areas open onto the deck. Inside the back foyer is a large laundry room. The master suite has a king bed, separate walk in closet and dressing area. The master bath is appointed with marble accents, and has a freestanding air tub. A water closet and separate steam shower complete the suite. A study, overlooking the guesthouse, is positioned off of the hallway to the master suite.
Second Floor
The top of the stairway opens into an expansive landing. This flows into a second living area with a fireplace, wet bar, and a cathedral ceiling. Down the hallway are two en-suite bedrooms each with a free standing tub and roomy showers. At the other end of the hallway is the second master suite with expansive closets and a roomy master bath that offers a free standing air tub and separate shower.
Lower Level
The lower level enters a roomy vestibule that opens to a temperature controlled wine cellar. This area flows into a central hallway and a recreation area with a brick fireplace, freestanding bar, and beverage center. To the left is a billiards room and to the right is a home theater. Down a central corridor are a full bathroom, and the entrance to a four-bed bunkroom with another full bathroom.
Cottage
GUEST HOUSE: The first floor has a two-car garage, an ensuite bedroom that opens onto an outside deck and a stacked laundry facility. The second floor has a large living area with a cathedral ceiling that opens up into a full kitchen. Going left at the top of the stairs enters into a second ensuite bedroom with a full bath and roomy closets.
