Offering three suites, this home is a short distance to the public beach access stairs on Wanoma Way, path 31B. The charming village of Sconset is only three miles away, where you'll find restaurants, a market, and postcard-worthy streets to explore.

First Floor

A welcoming front-to-back foyer leads to a den on the right, a place to tuck away with a beach read or to work remotely. Passing by the laundry room and to the left are two bedroom suites; the first one has a queen bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower. Across the hallway is a room with a full sized bed, and a twin sized bed, as well as a private bathroom with a shower, and a door leading to the back deck.

Second Floor

At the top of the stairs, the space is highlighted with a vaulted ceiling and lots of natural light. The kitchen has a dining pennisula for three, and looks out to the dining area, with seating for six, with a door leading to the back deck and grill. Anchoring the space is the living room with a propane fireplace and TV. At the opposite end of the second floor is a powder room, and the primary suite. The suite has a king sized bed and a private bathroom with a shower.

Outdoor Area

Complimented by first and second floor decks, each level has seating to enjoy morning coffee or a sunset beverage. The lower deck is outfitted with a dining table for six guests as well as comfortable, soft seating. An outdoor shower is perfect after a day at the beach.
