This property is surrounded by conservation land and boasts beautiful pastoral and distant ocean views from the decks overlooking the pool. The house has a clean, bright open floor plan with four bedrooms and four en-suite bathrooms. There is plenty of room for two families, extended family, couple's getaway or a group of friends. The expansive yard offers space for family fun. Take a short walk to the beach, bike to the charming town of Sconset for a beach day or take a five mile drive to the heart of Nantucket where you'll find some of the islands finest restaurants and shops.
First Floor
The open eat-in kitchen has granite countertops, a six burner gas range, counter seating for four and a dining table with seating for eight. A door from the dining area leads out to the pool facing deck with a dining table and a gas grill. The large great room has comfortable seating, a decorative fireplace and a flat screen television. The first floor bedroom has three twin beds and an ensuite shower bathroom.
Second Floor
The primary bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and glass enclosed shower and a deck with sweeping ocean views. There are two additional ensuite guest bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen.
