This casa boasts two well-appointed luxury bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms in addition to the two custom built-in bunks and half bathroom in the living space. This elegant beach cottage can easily accommodate up to six guests. The chef's kitchen, dining and living room collaborate in a manner to provide a versatile environment conducive to any guests tastes and degree of formality. Complimenting the many outstanding attributes of this sunny and breezy beach cottage is a private and magnificent bluestone patio. This outdoor space is kitted out with a new Kamado grill and extremely comfortable and relaxing patio furniture. A Nantucket beach house would not be complete without an outdoor shower or a deck off the master bedroom to take on the salt air and beautiful ocean views. Parking for 1 car are provided for your comfort and ease. All of Sconset's restaurants and businesses are within walking distance. The bike path and bus stop are also nearby.

First Floor

Enter into the tranquil living space with custom lattice cathedral ceilings surrounded by windows and wonderful light. The space lends itself to entertaining and relaxing with its comfortable sofa, large dining table and modern well-equipped kitchen and half bath. Two built-in resting bunks provide the perfect reading nook. To the left of the entry are the two large, en-suite bedrooms, each separated by doors for quiet and privacy. One bedroom is located on the first floor and the other is located on the second floor.

Second Floor

The master bedroom is upstairs and has an inviting lux coastal design. The upstairs balcony with ocean views is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee & sunrise or evening cocktail at sunset.
