The house is situated just over a mile outside of Town and from 1 and a half miles from popular area beaches.
First Floor
Open floor plan features a gourmet kitchen with excellent appliances, dining area for eight guests and an open and comfortably furnished living room with access to multiple decks. Off of the living room is a bathroom that has a full shower. Off of the kitchen and up a private set of stairs is a separate suite complete with a 4-poster king size bed, kitchenette and private bath with shower, and is perfect for in-laws, nannies or visiting guests. There is a washer and drier on the landing between this suite and the kitchen. There is also a small cozy terrace next to the entrance to the suite that is generally used by the occupants of this bedroom.
Second Floor
On the second floor at the top of the stairs there are 4 bedrooms: a) At the top of the stairs on the opposite side of the small hallway is the "master bedroom. This room has a king bed and full bathroom including a shower and a separate tub. This room also has a terrace as well as a second washer and dryer. b) At the top of the stairs to the RIGHT is the "guest suite with a queen bed. This room has a full bathroom with a combined shower and tub. c) At the top of the stairs on the LEFT is a bathroom with a combined shower and tub. To the left of the bathroom is the “second queen" bedroom. To the right of the queen bedroom is a smaller “kids bedroom" with two single beds. This room is suitable for children.
