First Floor

The great room offers a gourmet kitchen with chef-level accouterments. The dining area seats 8-10 and is adjacent to the spacious living room, all with panoramic ocean views. The Master bedroom with eastern views has an ensuite bathroom and adjoining second-story study and media room, each with breathtaking views of the ocean.

Second Floor

Adjoining the Master Bedroom is a second story study and media room with an ocean view. Two adjustable standing work stations look out upon the Atlantic.

Lower Level

The on-grade level has two additional bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with two twin beds. There are two baths, one with a spa tub, and an adjoining laundry room to clean up after the beach. The Gathering Room has a large 72 inch Comcast television, Bluetooth speakers, and a record player. A library of relevant children and adult games, such as Apples to Apples and Cards Against Humanity are included.
